  I was born in this hospital 44 years ago and have been treated here my entire life. The service in tha past 5-10 years has become intolerably bad. Too much spent on fancy facilities and administration while sacrificing quality of service. Wish I had another option, but Jefferson Healthcare cas become a monopoly, bought up all the competing clinics for the most part. It's terrible.

  Was once again treated like a junky because i had a backwards hat on. I didnt even WANT to come here. My DR thought she needed another person to figure out why im in pain. Instead I was seen for less then 5 minutes, told to go to physical therapy again and left alone. No one discharged me. Just let me figure it out that they were done insulting me. Meanwhile they were having a very personal very unprofessional conversation in the hallway... sorry i took time out of your socializing.

  I have only visited their Garden Row Cafe and they serve nutritious, reasonably priced meals. They could benefit from having more friendly and courteous cafe staff.
