- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I have been in Port Townsend for 3 years and this level of incompetence is impressive. They hire new people but the same inadequate staff time and time again. Truly remarkable that there are this many people incapable of customer service and or dispensing RX. So many people back there "working" while we stand in a line for up to an hour. 8 and sometimes 9 people buzzing around not accomplishing the task at hand. It must be a lack of leadership. The leaders develop the flow, the plan, and then execute that plan. These people are clueless. They go from the counter to the back milling around as though looking for something and then back on the counter not progressing at all. This is all on video I am sure. Why can't someone see what we all see? I am now switching to Don's Pharmacy.February 02, 2017by Pam Hawley
